David's career in executive recruiting started in 1997 where he quickly earned the reputation for filling difficult searches and with detailed market research. David's background includes top production status including earning the most job fills and best job fill rate awards while at top ranked DHR International. He has interviewed thousands of executives and entrepreneurs while managing diverse client engagements and over $20 million in regional operations before founding his own businesses. David's client work ranged from venture backed start-ups or closely held small business to some of the best known brands in the world.
David has experienced a diversity of business culture including startup and unique situations. This understanding lead to Founder Recruiting Partners with focus on the group of people he is most passionate about supporting - founders.
David earned his BS Marketing at Metro State College in Denver where he has been awarded 2008 Alumni of the Year - Giving Back. He also was recognized by the school and Oppenheimer Funds for Entrepreneur of the Year - honorable mention.
